Familia Wine Clubs

We’ve put together wine clubs to stay connected with our friends and share the ongoing story of Doghobble. It is easy to join, effortless to cancel, and we’ll do all the heavy lifting!

Members receive three (3) releases per year (November, March, July) of 3 bottles each at a 10% discount. Your Wine Club discount is granted upon signup. Wine club releases and subsequent wine purchases reflect your 10% member discount.

A Simple Agreement

Our Familia Wine Clubs are designed to offer rewards and benefits for active members through exclusive benefits and preferred wine pricing.

Upon signup, your recurring subscription will continue until cancellation. By clicking “Sign Up” on our website’s Familia Wine Club sign-up form, you authorize Doghobble Wine Farm to charge your credit card for recurring club shipments until you cancel your club membership. You will be charged for the first shipment upon signup and thereafter you will be charged upon shipment.

You can make updates to your club membership by contacting (470) 310-0491 or hello@doghobblevineyard.com. You may make changes such as credit card or billing updates, name changes, etc.

Familia Wine Club members will receive an email notification at least one week prior to the billing date. We ask that you verify your billing and shipping details upon receiving this notification email. This email will also provide instructions for you to add additional bottles or merchandise to your shipment.

Please add hello@doghobblevineyard.com to your address book to avoid the email getting lost in your junk mail folder. Changes to your billing information and/or shipping address after your shipment is processed may incur a change fee or additional shipping charges.

Shipping

Customers in the following states are eligible to join Familia Wine Clubs: AK, AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be applied to your credit card on file.

Carriers make two delivery attempts before returning orders. It is your obligation to notify us of billing or shipping changes prior to the next shipping date(s) or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the club release. Extra shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery interception, and shipments returned to the vineyard will be charged to your account.

All shipments must be signed for by a 21+ adult. Should a shipment be returned due to failure of delivery, we can hold for pickup or re-ship at cost.

The laws governing direct-to-consumer shipments vary by state and limit where we ship wine and how much residents may receive. These laws may affect club shipments and wine purchases. We are committed to shipping compliance and will follow the law. We will make every attempt to accommodate orders and let you know if an order conflict arises so we may seek another shipping arrangement.

Cancellation

There is no minimum time commitment to membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Membership continues on a per-shipment basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting hello@doghobblevineyard.com. However, a $55.00 cancellation charge will be applied to the card on file if cancellation occurs before completing three member shipments.

Other Policies

• When you sign up for a Wine Club, it is understood that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to all terms and conditions.
• Each membership is limited to two persons residing in the same household.
• Membership discounts are non-transferable and apply to only the individual(s) listed on the account.
• Discounts only apply to wine.
• If unable to collect during the pickup window (roughly 3 weeks), shipping will be charged at cost for any packages not collected.
• Terms subject to change.
