Our Venues
Trellis
The original family farmhouse, restored into a rustic-modern tasting room. Fireplaces, lounge seating, a wine bar, catering kitchen, and covered porches overlooking the vineyard. Best for intimate gatherings where the atmosphere does as much work as the agenda.
Pavilion
An open-air covered pavilion on a breathtaking overlook with panoramic views of the vineyard, pastures, and Blue Ridge foothills. Lawn seating, natural light, and room to spread out. When the view is part of the event, this is the space.Capacity: Up to 70 guests
Events at Doghobble
See what your event could look like
The Trellis is purpose-built for bridal showers and rehearsal weekends — fireplaces, soft natural light, covered porches overlooking the vines. The Pavilion handles welcome parties and larger wedding gatherings with panoramic Blue Ridge views.
The Trellis handles intimate leadership retreats and board meetings. The Pavilion hosts full team outings, sales kickoffs, and holiday parties. Both come with catering, guided wine tastings, and 80 acres of vineyard to walk off the afternoon.

Birthdays and graduation parties at the Pavilion come with room for the whole family — kids included. Pizza from the Embers truck, estate wine for the adults, and a plateau overlook that makes every photo look like it was planned that way.
The night before shouldn’t feel like a dress rehearsal.
Rehearsal dinners at the Trellis are one of our most-requested events. Fireplace, wine bar, Chef Becca’s seasonal kitchen, and a covered porch looking out over the vineyard as the sun goes down.
Proposals and photoshoots are welcome at our vineyard!
If a professional photographer is part of your engagement shoot, or if you’re a professional photographer hoping to use Doghobble Wine Farm as your location, there’s a $150/hour fee. This includes access to our grounds and scenic backdrops like our vineyard, forest, and pastures.
Key details:
- Rate is non-transferable and will not be waived.
- Sessions must be booked in advance.
- Bookings only during normal business hours based on availability and events calendar.

Submit your inquiry
Tell us your event type, rough date, and guest count. The more detail the better, but we can work with the basics too.
We’ll reach out within a few business days
A member of our team confirms availability, talks through your vision, and walks you through pricing — which is custom to each event, built around your guest count, menu, and add-ons.
Site visit (optional but recommended)
Walk the Trellis and Pavilion in person, meet the team, and make sure it’s the right fit before committing anything.
Lock in your date
Contract and deposit to hold your date. Then we plan the details together as the event approaches.
