Chef Becca’s seasonal kitchen at the Trellis serves farm-to-table shareable plates, charcuterie boards, and dishes sourced locally and from the on-site garden. Every dish is designed to pair with Doghobble’s wines. For larger or more formal events, Executive Chef Oscar Mendivil has prepared multi-course plated dinners paired with wine.

The Embers wood-fired pizza truck at the Pavilion adds a casual, crowd-pleasing option, Italian-style pizzas with both meat and vegetarian options. And Doghobble is the exclusive North Georgia vendor for Belén de la Cruz handmade empanadas.

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dietary accommodations are available across the menu.

Parking: Paved lot on-site. Enter via the driveway off Roy Grindle Road (one-way; exit on Town Creek Church Road). Note: RVs, campers, trailers, and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated.

Business hours: Sunday–Thursday 12–6pm, Friday–Saturday 12–7pm. Private events can be discussed for custom scheduling.
